What happen when you (or maybe someone that you don’t recognize) create directory “*” at directory / in your linux box.
mkdir "*"
And you want to delete it..? What will you do..?
rm -rf *
is this what you will do..? 
think again.. and when you do this as root. You can erase all your system >:)

. cuma tambahkan ./ jadi rm -rf ./* nanti yang dihapus terbaca directory. Dicoba di direkroti windows.. ?
